1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms establish the conditions governing the sale of products through the online store www.casadoina.ro, owned by S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L., with its registered office in Romania, Bucharest, Sector 1, 4 Șoseaua Kiseleff, registered with the Trade Register under no. J1993012848403, tax identification number RO 3996991, telephone: 021 222 6717, e-mail: restaurant@casadoina.ro.

Use of this website, including placing an order, implies:

your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions;
your acceptance of the use of electronic mail (e-mail) as a means of distance communication;
your agreement and acceptance that CASA DOINA S.R.L. may delete, modify or add any information on the website or discontinue any activity on the website without prior notice to you.
Where our website contains references or links to other websites, CASA DOINA S.R.L. does not guarantee and/or confirm in any way the type or accuracy of the information you may find on those websites. It is entirely at your discretion whether you choose to visit such websites or rely on the information available there.

For the best possible use of the website, we recommend that you carefully read all of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. CASA DOINA S.R.L. shall not be held liable for the unavailability or malfunction of www.casadoina.ro or for any damage resulting from such unavailability or malfunction.

2. PRODUCTS
Through www.casadoina.ro, any Romanian or foreign natural person aged 18 or over, as well as any legal entity, may order one or more of the dishes and beverages displayed on the website.

For each product displayed on the website, S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. undertakes to provide its essential characteristics (ingredients, weight or number of pieces), allowing customers to properly identify, compare and select products.

S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. reserves the right to modify the characteristics of the displayed products without prior notice. The weights indicated for meat dishes refer to the cooked product.

Images published on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may contain decorative elements that are not included with the products ordered. Therefore, the products collected may sometimes differ from the images displayed on the website, including with regard to decorative elements.

S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. cannot be held liable for the improper use of ordered products.

3. SHELF LIFE
The shelf life of products sold by S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. through the website is 24 hours for cold dishes, when stored at a temperature of 2–4°C. Hot dishes are recommended for immediate consumption after collection by the customer.

For soft drinks and alcoholic beverages sold by S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L., the shelf life is the one indicated by the manufacturer on the product packaging.

4. YOUR OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE CERTAIN INFORMATION (REGISTRATION)
To purchase products from www.casadoina.ro, you must accept these Terms and Conditions, order the desired product(s), and provide certain information required to process your order.

Orders are placed by following these steps:

Step 1 — Selecting products. Use the menu to browse the product categories. Once you have found a product that suits your preferences, specify the desired quantity and click the order button to add it to your shopping cart. If you wish to purchase additional products, repeat the steps described above.

Step 2 — Viewing your cart. Once you have selected the desired products, click the “View Cart” button. A list of the products you have ordered will be displayed, together with an online form where you can enter the identification details required from you as a customer.

Step 3 — Order collection. Orders placed through the Casa Doina online store are not delivered. All orders must be collected in person from the restaurant at 4 Șoseaua Kiseleff, Sector 1, Bucharest.

Step 4 — Validating your information. Before completing your order, you will be able to review the following information: customer details, billing details (if you request an invoice), the list of ordered products (name, quantity, unit price, total price and total order value), as well as your selected collection time from the restaurant.

Before clicking “Continue Order”, you may modify the quantities of the products ordered. After proceeding, the total value of your order, your identification details, and the collection location and time will be displayed. Before clicking the order confirmation button, you will have the opportunity to correct any errors made when entering your information.

If all the information is correct, click “Complete Order”.

By placing an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as requested. If we believe that you have failed to comply with this obligation, we reserve the right to block your access to the service for a fixed or indefinite period, without prior notice.

5. PRICES
Prices displayed on www.casadoina.ro are expressed in RON, include VAT, and may be modified by S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. without prior notice.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for the order can be made upon collection of the products from the restaurant, either in cash or by card.

7. ORDER COLLECTION
Orders placed through the Casa Doina online store are not delivered to customers’ addresses. They must be collected exclusively in person from the restaurant at 4 Șoseaua Kiseleff, Sector 1, Bucharest.

The indicated order preparation time is an estimate and may vary depending on the volume of orders and product availability at the time the order is placed. In such cases, you will be informed and consulted regarding a new collection time.

S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone the collection time if one or more of the products ordered are unavailable at the time the order is received.

If the order is not collected within the agreed time slot and you do not contact us to reschedule the collection, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
S.C. CASA DOINA S.R.L. shall not be held liable for failure to fulfil an order due to circumstances of force majeure.

9. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding issues related to orders placed through the online store may be submitted to the restaurant at 4 Șoseaua Kiseleff, Sector 1, Bucharest, by telephone at 021 222 6717, or by e-mail at restaurant@casadoina.ro.
